- Optional VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) for easy RPM adjustment
- 8” + 10” drums utilize pneumatic clean-out
- 15” + 20” drums utilize heavy-duty drop-out door for easy clean-out
- 15” and 20” drum made from 7 gauge abrasion resistant sheet steel

Q-Sage Precision Air Screen Cleaner
Each machine is engineered to the specific needs of the customer, resulting in an investment that is thoroughly utilised.
- Pre and post air system (2-Air) with “HIGH” static fans – standard
- Independent motors for the fan, eccentric and feed-roll
- Adjustable screen shake speed by the use of a VFD on eccentric motor
- Direct drive feed-roll to provide precision control of feed by the use of a VFD
- TEFC, NEMA premium efficient motors; X-Proof available
- Easy access to screens for clean-out and screen changes
- Heavy duty eccentric assembly, all components are CNC machined
- Precision fan damper controls
Hopper Options:
- Trashy product hopper with additional “mixer” shaft
- Vibratory hopper for gentle handling and precision control
